critical customer delivery.

Nearing the end of our business day, we identified the need for a "soft
good" material which we did not stock.

The material was needed the next morning to support a customer's afternoon
departure.

Your group reacted to our need by staying past your normal business hours
to prepare, inspect and package goods.

Then, the material was delivered to an airport shipping location later in
the evening hours.

We received the material the following morning with enough time to carry
out our project.

and meet schedule.
